I've been at Asbury Park for 2 years and am so glad I found this community. I've enjoyed everything about being here...great location, the grounds are park-like, the Maintenance Dept is very responsive, the staff is great, my apartment suits my needs beautifully. I highly recommend living here!

I am so glad I found Asbury Park - I love coming home to my apartment. It is perfect for me here...great location, well kept, and quiet. The staff, office and maintenance, are helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend living here.

I just renewed my lease for another year. My SO and I love living here. It's within walking distance to Totem Lake shopping center, a handful of good restaurants, and a few grocery stores. The community is quiet, clean, and well cared for, and Tammy and Jake have been incredibly friendly and helpful. I've never had a concern that went unaddressed and the neighbors are friendly.

I have lived and have seen the different types of management that this apartment community have been through this past five years and I am so happy that we finally have a stable, fair, and amazing management team in ASbury Park Apartment. I can not express my appreciation for Jake and Tammy, our management team in our commuity who have made this community the most amazing place to live. The place has made so many improvements (renovated parts of the building, enforced parking violation that decluttered our community from outsiders using our space). They exercise integrity by maintaining and enforcing rules and regulations consistently that preserve safety (especially for the children in our community), minimize violators. They are fair, honest, and always put their tenant first by welcoming them whenever they bring questions and concerns. Handle difficult tenants with integrity, fair and sincere; they don’t complicate the situation when they deal with their tenant where as in the past it was handled where the manager ignore the concerns and eventually becoming a bigger problem that it became a community issue/problem (parking violations and other violation was poorly handled in the past due to lack of care and advocacy to those tentants who live in that community). Also shout out to Mr. Arman their maintainance team who are so quick to addressing any utility issues in a heart beat. Unlike the other apt. I’ve lived, they address any little ulitity issues right away before it becomes a bigger problem. Rental fees are realistic that they give room for their tenant to discuss their rental fees, any concerns they have and they really genuinly help you find options to make the financial part not an issue for their tenant. I absolutely recommend living at Asbury Park Apartment, for many reasons that you would not likely find from the other apartment.
