Leaves a lot to be desired

Too expensive for what it is. Pool is never open. Almost never anyone in office, closed most of the time. Work out area is lacking. Landscapers start work before quiet hours are over. No assigned parking. Dog poop everywhere. Potty bags at dog stations are empty most of the time.

OK place to yhe most part,

Not having the pool opperational this summer cpst me 250$ for a pool pass to a public pool for my son. Have had multipal issue with mail delivery.

Things break easily.

It's a nice place but my oven and garbage disposal stopped working after 3 months. And I have struggled to find someone in the office when they say their gonna be.
