Some tree need more trimming to avoid leaf and a sticky stuuf (Honeydew ?…) falling on to the car while Amenities need replaced.

Living at Copperstone has been a really great experience. The managers are helpful, organized, and attentive to the needs of the tenants. The maintenance guys are courteous, friendly, and professional with the people living here and in handling the repairs within the units. Property management makes sure to have regular landscaping, lawn mowing, pressure washing, and marking the parking areas making the apartment complex look presentable and lovely. Thank you for caring about what you do! I really appreciate all of you! It has been 7 years of many positives to living at Copperstone Apartments! Sincerely, Susan D.

Before moving in to Cooperstone, I talked with management about the one assigned space for parking before moving my other car here when my lease was out at another rental Apt. She told me, she couldn't help with extra parking. My cars are registered and one Friday night it was towed. I paid $721 on Monday to get it out because over weekends towing not available. I noticed people continue to park in those places everyday and their are residents out here with 2 assigned spaces but I was told, it wasn't. If u have more than one car, I would definitely find somewhere else to live. It's a nightmare worrying about my car being towed when I am at work and then I pay rent here.??????????????
