Been here for like 2 months and already cranking price up by 30% Other reviews raise concerns that they aren't secure and have a rat infestation. When I talked to the front desk lady, she was not upfront about how often units get broken into, or policies for when this does happen. I'll be moving my things ... Read more

!!!!!RAT INFESTATION!!!!! I want to start by saying the service at this Public Storage location was good. The office manager has always been friendly. However, there is a major rat infestation issue. I personally saw rats outside and reported it to the office, but I was told there’s “no rat problem” unless someone reports damage to their belongings. Unfortunately, I later discovered that all of my stored items were damaged — my couch, leather dining chairs, mattress, and even my kids’ toys were covered in rat feces and urine, and many items were chewed through. To make things worse, their insurance is a complete scam. After all this damage, I was told they would only pay me a maximum of $250!!! That’s insulting, considering the extent of the loss and the health hazard caused by the infestation. It’s disappointing because the staff are nice, but Public Storage really needs to take responsibility for pest control and offer fair insurance coverage. I would strongly caution others to think twice before storing anything valuable here. ... Read more

#publicstorage, #EverettPolice, #Cheated, #Negligence, #NoEmpathyForCustomer'sLoss, #emotionalloss, #financialloss #identitytheft, #victimoftheft To the Public storage and all the Readers. I want to share the details of what happened with me. Hope my two reviews help you and I pray to God you never ever have to go through this mental trauma: a) I requested Melissa about the progress of my storage theft investigation. She said I did not share the police report with her. b) I asked her for the Incident report to which she said that incident report is for internal use. I have no clue what they wrote in Incident report and because I was denied the access to incident report, here is my version of your "internal communication" - Another storage broken into. Totally emptied in theft, No footage available because no cameras in the area(my photographs shows this), will be a dud case anyway, at the max will leave bad review, 3 months rent gotten for free, will be empty soon. our capacity will increase. More business for us. c) I asked her if she could have contacted me for police report given that she was well aware of the issue. She said they have no way to contact the customers as they have no external email. #PublicStorage - Please train them with better answers. Two customers before me came in saying they got notified for pending payment. "NOTIFIED" . and I am told that there is no way to contact the customers. d) I asked her that her other colleague has mentioned that incident report will be shared with me. She said, other colleague did not know and the property manager will call me. I have neither received a call nor followups on my issue. I guess they only follow up for money and new customers. Way to go. All in all, the experience after the theft can be summed up in a single sentence: "Your Loss. Bye" I am humiliated, cheated, lost and dealt with negligence. Your premises did not have the equipment, I already attached the photographs. I am at a loss, I am in a trauma, I have a long road ahead of me to recover. To the thieves who robbed my storage unit : You left monitor stands in hurry, You left a disassembled wardrobe in hurry. You took just one drawer. the other drawer is with me. The monitor stands could be sold for $10 each minimum. I am aware that you have my details because you already tried to commit identity theft. I will happily mail all the items to you so that you can sell them properly. Just send a prepaid shipping label to me. You took all my winter clothes. I will appreciate If you could advise me where I can buy them back(I do not have money to buy new clothes). I lost my father earlier this year, I had to spend my savings performing all the last rights and helping my mother settle down and helping her with medical expenses. Hope you can help. ... Read more

DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEM HERE IF YOU VALUE THEM. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORAGE SITE. NO CAMERA IN THE BAY AS you can see in the photos attached. NO GUARANTEE THAT INTRUDER WILL BE DETECTED. I can see countless reviews about items being stolen. I had the same experience as another member. Unit broken into without locks removed. The attendant told me that she will file incident report in 15 minutes and share a copy with me I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY REPORT TILL NOW. IT IS 3 days already. I AM STRUGGLING WITH IDENTITY FRAUD ALREADY. NO FOLLOW UP CALL FROM PUBLIC STORAGE. I trusted this brand but am totally devastated and suffering from MENTAL TRAUMA DUE TO LOSS. This is carelessness, irresponsibility personified. Even a single star is glorifying this place. #PublicStorage #PublicStorageReview #PublicStorageScam #PublicStorageTheft #BoycottPublicStorage #StorageUnitTheft #StorageUnitBreakIn #IdentityFraud #StolenItems #StorageUnitSecurity #Carelessness #Irresponsible #MentalTrauma #StorageReview #CustomerWarning #Beware #Review #ConsumerProtection Adding to the above information. It has been several weeks. I have neither heard from Public Storage nor gotten my incident report. I know they looked at my review because they have the time to respond to other reviews. At least this is what I make up from this behavior. No Empathy for customer's loss. It appears that they don't want to care once your items are stolen or destroyed. They don't even care if lives are destroyed by the thefts. I know because my life is. I am facing hell trying to put everything together. I am not yet out of mental trauma. Well, I can hand you over my remaining clothes too #publicstorage. I will keep sharing more updates on my struggles on this forum just to ensure that I put the message across that every customer matters. ... Read more

Do NOT store your belongings here if you value them. Our unit was COVERED in rat feces and urine. Oh and don’t bother with the insurance they try to sell to you when you get the unit. It won’t cover ANYTHING unless you’ve managed to keep receipts for every single item you own and store there. All of my babies things RUINED. All of my family antiques RUINED. Everything in my unit is RUINED. All of my families belongs collected over the years RUINED and public storage employees wouldn’t allow us to put the stuff THEY failed to keep safe in their dumpster. So not only do they ruin your shit but they expect you to pay to dump your ruined shit too. Absolutely NOT. The groundskeeper pointed out where they more than likely had gotten into the unit because the cement UNDER the door was FALLING APART leaving a gap between the door and floor. For 200+ dollars a month for a single unit, shame on you guys for not doing any due diligence. We’ve paid well over 1,000 dollars to store our things here just to have them ruined and now tossed out. ... Read more

DO NOT TRUST THEM HERE!!!!!!!!! Our unit was broken into last week and every single thing was stolen. The intruders were able to access our unit by removing the outer door frame without even having to break our personal locks. This raises serious concerns about the structural security of the facility. so much for 24 hour Surveillance cameras! When we reported the incident, the property manager, Melissa, handled the situation as if she didn’t care or had time. she has been unresponsive and dismissive when asked to provide assistance or footage from security cameras. At one point, she claimed to be too busy to send footage to the police, and later stated there were no cameras near our unit at all to show proof our belongings were stolen. leaving us with no support or answers. Given the lack of accountability, security, and concern shown by the management, we find the situation highly suspicious and unsettling. I would not recommend trusting this facility with your belongings. ... Read more

RATS!!!! I strongly advise against renting from this location. There is a significant rat infestation that has not been disclosed to tenants. I recently visited my storage unit, which I had not accessed in several months, only to find that my belongings had been damaged by rats. I am not the only one experiencing this issue. When I went to report the situation to the front desk, I encountered another tenant who was facing the same problem. This individual mentioned that he had spoken with at least seven others who had also encountered similar damage. Unfortunately, management has not taken any action to address the issue, nor have they informed current renters of the infestation, leaving us unaware and unable to inspect our units. This lack of transparency and failure to resolve the problem is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this facility. ... Read more

If I could give it no stars I would. The manager is extremely lazy, rude and unprofessional. She does not want to help or come down from her apartment at all. I’ve wait two months for my keys and this lady could NOT care less. The whole office smells like cat pee, the manager is extremely rude even when you are trying to be extremely kind and understanding. I’m BEYOND frustrated with this company. While I waited two hours for no one to show up today I did get to see that there are people living in the storage units as well and rats everywhere. This place is a mess and needs a new manager ASAP! Do not rent here!!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 9011 Evergreen Way include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 9011 Evergreen Way start from $48 and can go up to $562 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
