Pros: secure building comparitively cheaper rent good community in building Cons: Maintenence not on site/can take a while Prices go up with no extra value added Laundry on site, but it is not in unit

Older building with good security, good community, and fair prices. Main downside is rent going up with the market while the owner doesn't add any value to the complex. Property manager is fantastic to work with.
