Its a ok place. Living down stairs has its moments of uncertainty and beware of the dog owners who don't pick up after there pet. Parking is hard at times because its tight. The laundry mat is alright when it works, the gym is ok. Cool has to parks but they need updateing

Sky, also known as Ramea, is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond advocating for her residents and is on top of everything. Maintenence is also amazing. I never have to wait more than a day to have any issue resolved. I will highly recommend living in these apartments to anyone who is looking to rent.
