Nice place to live but parking can be an issue
Quiet, comfortable, close to schools, parks and shopping. The manager is nice and helpful and maintenance fixes things in a timely manner. My only complaint is that theres no assigned parking spots for tenants. sometimes i end up having to park far away from my unit.
Great Place By Water
Great little place by the water and quiet at night. Lived here for a few years and it keeps getting better. The units are kept up and currently are getting new projects done to increase the efficiently of the units. Love that the counters and floor are water sealed so you don't have to worry about the floor. In terms of space and storage, it is a little tight but most apartments are. The manager are very understanding and helpful whenever you might need their help. If I was not living here during the pandemic, I might have lost my unit but the office worked with me so I can stay. The location of the complex is and compared to a lot of apartments in the area is a gem. Once I find my IT Job and move on, I will miss the office and staff who do their best. I wish the next apartment when I move out of Bremerton, hopefully WA will be as great as this one has been.

I absolutely love where i live! The staff in the office have been the biggest help to me with whatever i need and i couldn’t ask for any better! There is always parking! The only thing i could think of to change would be to have a washer and dryer inside the apartment

This is a very safe place to live. The manager, Alicia, is awesome. I have never had a problem in over a decade. Rent is reasonable, and its only a short distance to the park. Great apartments.
