The following dog breeds are restricted: Akita Cane Corso Chow Doberman Pinscher German Shepherd Huskies Malamutes Mastiffs Presa Canario Pit Bull Rottweiler Staffordshire Bull Terrier Wolf hybrid Additionally, any combination of the above breeds, or any of the above breeds mixed with a non-restricted breed are not permitted in our multifamily communities.
