I love the Auburn Reserve
I have lived here for 4 plus years and love it. Sure there is always room for improvement, like the middle of the night parties in the courtyard that include using BBQ past hours of operation. But that is so minor in the bigger scheme of things.

Very aerage
Mgmt does not crack down on noise and smoking violations or on complaints of illegal activities in building. In some cases, younger than 55 yo relatives are living with residents and are not registered on the lease.

current conditions at The Reserve at Auburn
Repair and maintenance does not keep up with need. Frequent staff changes and temp staff contributes to poor communication with residents. Most staff do the best they can. Good neighbors live here.
