Price makes some sense. Pretty expensive for being in the flight path. Planes are so loud.

Great proximity to restaurants, bars. Nice views. Not the best for noise insulation inside or from outside the building: garbage pick ups and jets, neighbors in hall and walking above. Probably a little over priced, but great for short term.

Super convenient location! I love being able to walk for coffee or a drink to the winooski circle! The dog park right next door is such an awesome perk! The views are beautiful and ive found the maintenance staff to be very responsive! 10/10 would recommend.

I have been here for about 5 years and seen the place increasingly lack managing of physical maintenance & care. This last few months is probably the most severe without daily cleaning of the building. Interior glass walls, windows & elevators cab has not been wiped cleaned and finger prints & dog mud prints have not been addressed for months. Also carpets are stained continually due to dogs deposits. Overall maintenance, wall paint looks dingy and chipped in many areas in the lobby and common hall corners. This does not reflect a "luxury" apartment description.

2 bedroom 1 bath, very nice apartment. Stone countertops, lots of storage space, nice tiles in bathroom/hallway.
