Great location, parking could be better

I've lived here for about 10 months. The location is great. Washing machines could be better maintained. I like the apartment layout.

It's Redstone...

I have lived here for almost three years. To be honest, it's a decent value compared to the rest of the housing market, but still significantly overpriced. I do love that it's right on the bus line (one which runs frequently) and that there is a laundromat on site. I do wish they would bring back the phone app so I wouldn't have to go to the bank for quarters; it feels quite outdated to have to do that. Or they could at least put in a coin machine. Maintenance requests are not answered in a timely fashion, and when they are answered, you're playing the lottery on which maintenance person shows up. I've had one very good one, once, and one very bad one, several times. My screen door keeps falling off and the "bad one" blamed it on me. That door only gets used once a day, at most, so figure that one out. He wouldn't explain anything and told me to be patient. I was in the middle of working from home, so my patience was running thin when he continued to place the blame on me. Oh yeah, and when he was arguing with me, he kept the door open. I have a cat. I requested he close the door until he was ready to work on it, and he just continued to insist that I "be patient." Redstone has not followed up. They're lucky they control the rental market because I would leave if I could. I have been nothing but a good tenant, and this is how I get treated.

Review

Catamounts Lane Apartments is a great quiet place to live. For people with small children there is a daycare on campus. Very small and close knit community. Laundry facilities are on-site and cheaper than a laundromat. Units are small but VERY affordable for the area.

It’s a great community to live in. Maintenance/Steff are very nice and on time always. Only issue is dog, poop and loud dogs. Overall am happy being part of this community.
