Ceilings are paper thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor and THEIR neighbor all day long. Everything from walking to washing their dishes. I can hear skateboarders in the parking garage coming through my floor. The lease promises quiet enjoyment, but it's anything but. I do not recommend this place to others for this price.

Great place to live. Very nice apartments. Cleaning of common areas seems to have slowed down and some maintenance requests seem to be lingering, but overall great place to live, responsive landlord and great location. Wish the landlord would communicate better and give more advance notice of work that requires outside contractors to enter units.

The apartment is in the great location with incredible view. The problem is the staff often misinformation and the assigned parking spot was messed up. The maintenance request was slow to process. There is only one elevator which takes a long time to wait during rush hours if you are on the 5th floor. The room is quite spacious and the water pressure on the top floor was low and stable. Overall about the place is good I’m pretty enjoy living here. The downside is just to deal with the staff.

Overall the experience at Riverrun has been very positive. Great neighborhood with access to nature and a lovely downtown. Well maintained property and staff is quick to respond to any issues that come up. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Apartment is beautiful with lots of natural light.
