The apartments in the building a very nice, and the building has some nice walking trails nearby that can be enjoyed by residents. The location is great with close proximity to Burlington, and lots of nearby attractions. Unfortunately the services provided by Red Stone have been very poor. Maintenance and repairs take a long time to be completed (if at all). The building security is not in good shape, with multiple doors not functioning properly and they can easily be opened by anyone who is not a resident in the building. Pet waste is also a big issue for this property as the abundance of trails nearby lead to many dog owners here, but few seem to clean up after their pets and Redstone has not taken steps to solve this issue except for charging residents more money for their pets. Red Stone has very poor communication about the frequent and ongoing repairs and issues in the building, and has not provided short terms solutions or remedies, or improved communications to residents to help ease issues.

for the most part ive enjoyed living here. The maintenance crew is friendly and fast, the neighbors are solid and its a nice apartment. The price goes up a lot each new lease and the pet enhancement fee is an absolute joke. But i do enjoy living here

Its a nice quiet dog friendly area. Its clean and modern. I think it could use more community area amenities. Lots of communities have pools. Love the woods and allscripts field.

I don't have alot of complaints. Maintenance is great, staff (when you can reach them) are great. Noise is minimal. Parking is excellent, but the amenities are fairly bare bone and the price for rent (like most places to be fair) is way too expensive and skyrockets yearly.

Redstone creates dog friendly homes, and i have enjoued living here for the most part. The quality of upkeep has decreased since 2021, but the employees make you feel heard and maintenance has very friendly staff!
