Air conditioning is not great. Rent increases every year, and fees also.

Parking is only available for 1 vehicle even though most of these apartments are two bedrooms and most households have 2 cars. It is horrendous to find on street parking. The parking monitors don’t actually monitor the lot so anyone can park here, occupying Resident spots. I had a maintenance request from over a year ago that still hasnt been complete yet my rent increased again this year. It is too expensive for the working class to afford to live here, we are being pushed out. Laundry was free when I moved in, which was an amenity that was taken away, now it costs on average an additional $50/month to wash my clothes, Redstone just made us eat that cost with another rent increase that year as well. The garbage overflows and wind blows it onto the property and down into the winooski river. Staff is very friendly and so is the maintenance crew.

I have lived here for 3 years and have met some great neighbors. The location is awesome and my apartment is beautiful. The price is definitely on the higher end with limited parking and newly paid laundry. The staff are all very nice and mostly respond in a timely fashion.
