I've lived here since the spring of 2019. I think its a great property in an excellent location. The only problem is that the walls facing the hallway and other rooms can be a little thin, so it can get rather noisy.

Love living in the Silversmith building. Overall maintenance staff and the rental team have been great. The location in the ONE and above MayDay is amazing. The building has a great new feel and the large windows provide nice light to the apartment. Would definitely recommend renting here.

I love how friendly and respectful the residents of the building are. The lack of amenities, specifically in unit washers and unsanitary shared ones, the lack of any gym etc doe snot warrant the rent price. The increase was significant year-over-year without any improvements.

This building has been fantastic in terms of noise level and neighbors. Everyone is friendly whilst being respectful of personal space. The pet owners are all respectful of one another. The parking is limited, especially during snow emergencies when on street is not an option. Amenities are limited. Would love to see in unit washer/dryer. Would be nice if the vacant retail space could be used for amenities (gym, hangout/work space). Redstone staff has always been responsive, friendly and professional.

Its a good apartment with standard amenities for any recent construction. It's a 2 minute walk to Jake's ONE market which is convenient for grabbing some essentials without driving through town to get to one of the nearby supermarkets. The location is pretty good, the neighborhood is quiet compared to a lot of the surrounding college apartments which is good. Some of the buildings occupants are college students, but they haven't been troublesome. My only complaint is the in house laundry has required quite a few repairs in the time that I have lived here, but in the case the in apartment coin-op laundry is on the fritz, there is a laundromat just a minutes walk away which isn't too bad.
