Renters appreciate the property for its new construction and well-designed layout, which includes plenty of storage space. The building itself is good. Its new construction, so its well designed with plenty of storage space. The location is noisy though and the rent seems high for the area.

I haven't noticed anything new with new management. Doesn't seem like people come by much at all to clean/do repairs. Washer/Dryers are getting pretty gross and don't look like they've been serviced in a while. Lots of loose trash and dog poop in the lot and recycling area (and evidently on the roof according to your last email?) At least things seem to be actively breaking less in the building in general...so there's that. Someday someone will figure out how to stop Small Dog customers from using our spaces...

Feels a little overpriced for what it is, but I guess that's Burlington. The $50 parking fee def feels excessive but if there's gonna be more tenants than spots I get it. Honestly tho the fact that laundry is coin-op and there's no change machine is a massive pain in the asss
