Really like area

I would 100% recommend Longview Apartments and Town Houses. Excellent staff especially Melinda who works in the Lease Office. She has excellent customer service! Wonderful personality and is always on hand to assist where she can. The property is clean and well kept. The place is safe and just like most reputable places there are rules to follow. The interior of the buildings are clean and comfortable and are designed to feel at home. It is worth living there!!

Good value when compared to other neighboring apartments. Smoking within apartments should be a violation due to respiratory problems.

The Worst Parking A Property Group Can Manage

Southern Management has no interest in resolving a decades long parking problem. If you're a married couple with two cars, you have to plan, plot, and nearly steal a suitable parking space close to your home. Residents are duplicating parking passes just to get by. It's a mess and I can't wait for the day I no longer have to deal with this property group. They bring in more tenants than parking spaces can provide. I suggest they gain more property for parking or gain some sort of vertical car port, reserved parking situation. Because it's absolutely ridiculous.
