Property reviewsRW on Mar 8, 2023I have nothing but positive energy living here at the Sutton. I moved here in 2015, this says a lot about this place I'm still here. The Management Team, Karimer, the Leasing Manager, Michelle, Assistant Manager, Emily, and Melanie are very courteous and professional. The Team will always help the residents in resolving any complaints /issues they may have in a timely manner. The maintenance crew, Jose, Quentin, and Dante always handle any requests in a timely manner, very Professional. The inside and outside of this property are clean. I love my apartment and I am very happy to be living here.

The staff is always friendly and knows you by name, the maintenance staff is always willing to help and friendly and the community in general is full of wonderful people. It is a great value for the northern virginia area and an easy access point for travel!

Property reviewsTalon S. on Jan 18, 2021Things are much different in the midst of a pandemic but it seems our safety is a priority and even under mask I can still sense smiles. I am happy with the choice I made in making Crystal Plaza my home. The ability to get to the metro station underground, The morning coffee, The dog treats for the furry neighbors, laundry facilities, are just a few of my favorite perks so far. I can't wait for the pool to open and for my schedule to free up to allow me to use some of the other spaces. Huge shout out to Sandra for here help with Leasing virtually while I was out of state. She made this process so easy and we are grateful.
