DESPERATE FOR REPAIRS

there are 50 units in this complex and more than half have serious issues that need to be addressed. this is a great place to live if you don't mind dealing with black mold, water damage and constant HVAC system issues. I've only lived here 3yrs as of this month(OCT) and I've had to deal with mold and water damage for 2 of those years. whenever there is a hard rain, water flows into my apartment from the living room window. HVAC closet became full of black mold. they have had maintenance reps and contractors come to try to patch and paint but not fix the root of the problems. they have had to have mold remediation companies come to repair my unit a few times. there has not been a regular onsite maintenance rep in over 6 months. normal day to day repairs have not been done. property has not been cleaned in months. common areas are filthy. complaints to upper management are not being addressed. if they would just truly REPAIR all the structural issues this would be a great place!!!

I want to say that the Manager on this property is A-1 ,her spirit, her helpless acts of kindness, her knowledge of the business and what she does for the Property and community. People tell me all about this lady at the Banks, So I wanted to see for myself, she is the best. If I was in the business of giving awards this Manager Wanda will receive it. She would say I don't want anything in return just take care of where you live. So please share with Ms. Wanda she is a God seed to this property.
