Pretty Good

We love our apartment here. It has everything we need, we almost never want to leave. The last minute mandatory filter changes or water checks are sometimes frustrating, and the increase in rent by 5% every renewal definitely means we wont be here for much longer, but we enjoy it right now.

Colonial Flats

I have lived here since the building opened. The current property manager has great communication skills and has an easy going demeanor. He always keeps us informed about what is happening and engages with us residents. I feel like living here makes everyday living easier. I've had no problems and if I had a concern, it was addressed in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet and rarely do I ever hear my neighbors. Everyone is nice here and I feel safe living here. I do wish the community space was completed. Overall, I enjoy being a resident here at Colonial Flats.
