Pleasant Environment

I like the fact that I am on the 1st floor and close to the mailroom. The value for the space is great. The dog’s barking can sometimes be distracting. I love the space that I live in.

Pretty Good

We love our apartment here. It has everything we need, we almost never want to leave. The last minute mandatory filter changes or water checks are sometimes frustrating, and the increase in rent by 5% every renewal definitely means we wont be here for much longer, but we enjoy it right now.
