Lovely place to live!

It's been more than a month since moving on. Loving the apartment and the amenities. The neighborhood is great and the staff here is just amazing. They organize events on a regular basis which gives you an opportunity to know your neighbor. Overall, a lovely place to live!

Passport Apartments

I just moved in last month. I looked at MANY apartments (mostly online), but selected Passport apartments. This is definitely one of the best apartment communities in the area. The apartments are very modern, and in very good condition. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, attentive, and amazing. Convenient Silver line access is a plus. This complex met my requirements for the following: easy metro access, parking garage, double vanity and walk-in shower in master bath, spacious closets, balcony, stainless steel spacious kitchen, and good natural lighting. The only things I am missing here are an actual laundry room (or side by side washer/dryer), overhead lighting in the bedrooms, and ceiling fans; so if any of those are deal-breakers for you, maybe look somewhere else. But I do recommend Passport Apartments. This place is super-nice, and like I mentioned earlier, so is the staff.

Awful Customer Service, Unclean, Terrible Area, TOO EXPENSIV

There is someone who regularly smokes cigarettes in the loading dock and it has not been addressed. Dog constantly having accidents in the elevator. Condescending staff. OVERPRICED.
