This is my favorite place I've ever lived. I love the views from my unit. The place is clean, has nice amenities, and great staff. Plus it is a new building. I recommend!

My experience here has not been the greatest. The amenity space closes early and does not communicate what time the community spaces are open for use. The parking garage is filthy when you walk out of your car tracks from the parking on your apartment floors. The refrigerator constantly beeps I have to keep sending a work order ticket tag maintenance come and fix it. The apartments now want you to replace your filter for your refrigerator which is ridiculous. The apartments were built, even with the windows closed. You can hear all of the outside any type of noise. My neighbors have been extremely loud. I’ve complained multiple times while I was told the property management cannot identify where the noise is coming from so there’s nothing they can do about the noise.. I would not recommend this to anyone I know to live here.

Lovely place to live!

It's been more than a month since moving on. Loving the apartment and the amenities. The neighborhood is great and the staff here is just amazing. They organize events on a regular basis which gives you an opportunity to know your neighbor. Overall, a lovely place to live!
