Perfect Place for Flight Crew
This is a 10 minute drive to Dulles Airport and 30 minute drive to Reagan Airport. Pretty quiet place to live with no traffic. Great gym and pool area, brand new and clean units. The staff is very helpful and nice. Great place to live for someone who needs access to the airports and somewhere quieter to live. A lot of good restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive.
Great Apartment Living!
I moved to Passport apartments October 2022 after several months of debating. Marie went above and beyond to assist me, sending numerous pictures and videos of multiple 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units over the span of 2.5 months. She took the time to take me on a tour 3 times, and worked patiently with me as I waffled back and forth between which unit I wanted to rent. At the time of my move, I was going through a very difficult time dealing with health and personal issues, so to have a property/leasing manager take significant time to help me find the right fit, and who is empathetic and real, was extremely heartwarming and beyond any expectations I had. All of the leasing, cleaning, and maintenance staff members are friendly and professional, beyond putting on a facade in hopes of getting perspective tenants to move in. The maintenance team is efficient, with a quick response/resolution time and always respectful when entering the apartment. Everyone loves my dog and treats me and my fur baby like we are part of the family, and for me, given I tend to be a bit of a loner, it's nice to see familiar and friendly faces every day. As with any apartment community, there have been some minor growing pains given it's a new building, but I can honestly say this has been a pleasant experience as someone who has rented for over 15 years. The property is well maintained, the staff hosts various events throughout the month that caters to a variety of people/interests, and overall, my neighbors are friendly and quiet. I hope this helps anyone considering moving into Passport!
