I started with a short-term lease earlier this year and decided to move in more permanently. The service here is excellent: the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, and the leasing team is incredibly attentive, making both of my moves smooth and stress-free. The location is also a major plus: it's connected to a grocery store and just a 2-minute walk to the metro. The secure parking garage is directly connected to the building, which is super convenient. There are also great community spaces and a well-equipped gym. I’d absolutely recommend living here!

Very much like living here but it seems the hot water is ALWAYS an issue. How many times throughout the year must we "fix" the hot water? Also, the cell service/wifi in the lobby could be better. Staff is GREAT!!!

Staff is very friendly and maintenance responds promptly to requests. We love the location and amenities. Even facing the metro, the apartment is very quiet! We cannot hear street noise or our neighbors.

Dishonest and inconsiderate management and leasing office and specifically leasing manager. Understaffed and poor oversight and planning overall. Poor communication. Disrespectful maintenance staff.
