Everything is breaking, tourists are renting rooms

Over the past month, the build has lost: Heat: 48 hours without heat Electricity: 10 hours without electicity Water: Over 24 hours (and counting) without running water. The trash chute hasn't worked in weeks. The elevators keep breaking. And tourists are renting rooms on AirBnB and making tons of noise. This appartment is billed as a "luxury property", but they can't even reliably provide the basics!

Greatest place to Live!

Pleasant and professional; the front office, the maintenance team, and concierge are wonderful. They treat you like family. The location is beautifully situated next to restaurants, Waterpark, and the entrance to mount Vernon trail. Not to mention located by the metro. The building is well kept and manicured and has amazing amenities. My husband and I truly love living here!
