Great Place to Live
We have lived here 7 years and has been a good experience. The location is great since WINCO is just down the street and there are several restaurants and fast-food places nearby. The Trax stop is within walking distance as well. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Good amenities: pool, exercise room, and a Great Room that can be reserved for family events or socials.
quick, clean, friendly
I lived here for 3 years, and have a playground near my apartment, maintenance is usually quick, but if you get the on-call they typically don't submit your request as an emergency even though it is. Hot water was out Friday night and they didn't even find out till Monday because the on-call maintenance didn't submit it as an emergency request. The office staff is friendly and will try to get your things done ASAP just call them in the morning so they have time to get the maintenance to you.

We have lived her over 5 years and have been satisfied. More expensive than we would like, but location is great: near Trax, Winco, easy access to I-15. Amenities are good though we don't use them often.

Appliances do not work properly and maintenance will not fix correctly or replace. Very frustrated with this There are several things about maintenance we aren't happy with.
Best bang for buck in the city
I cannot rave enough about the maintenance staff. Extremely quick and very friendly. Admin staff is nice, but they often forget to return calls or follow-up on concerns. Neighbors are hit/miss have had some really bad ones and some really good ones. The really bad ones were dealt with appropriately by the staff, but only after it became a borderline legal issue. Gym is amazing for an apartment! Location is PRIME, being so close to the 15/215 junction and only steps away from the Trax station. 4/5 for me.
