We really enjoy living here, it has been a very good experience. I do feel the rent is a bit high especially for a third floor apartment. It works though, the parking is alright and I would really enjoy if the stairways were cleaned a bit and the lighting actually worked I would feel better about living here especially coming home at night when I work late. Otherwise this is a great place to live, I love the views and what is near here. The hot tub would be nice if it wasnt closed all the time (at least each time we check it usually is and we check frequently). It has great amenities, super excited to use the clubhouse

I've been at Talavera for 3-4 years now and I love it here. The location is great--close to restaurants and entertainment, but not too overpopulated (yet, haha). I feel safe and comfortable here. Really, the only moderately negative thing I've experienced is that if you don't have a reserved/paid parking spot or a garage, you might have a hard time parking. I've had a garage for the last couple years, but I remember how frustrating parking was prior to that. That maintenance crew is 10/10. They're so fast and respectful and friendly. And they fix the problems super fast without being condescending about how dumb the residents can be from time to time. Once we called maintenance because our dishwasher wasn't working. Turns out the problem was that we weren't shutting the door tight! The pricing feels a little high for me, but considering how much I've loved being here it's worth it for me.

I have enjoyed living here at Talavera. I have been here for almost 18 months and am planning on signing another years lease. The office staff is friendly and helpful and I appreciate the cleanliness of the grounds and amenities!
