I have lived here for nearly 3 years now and it has been a great experience! Biggest highlights go to the maintenance team and the leasing agents (specifically Roger and Eve)! I have never waited longer than a few hours to have maintenance work done and the team is super friendly! The apartment above me flooded and the leasing agent called me and offered to move my dog so he was away from the flooding. Everyone is so lovely and it has been a wonderful experience!

We're fortunate to have great staff with excellent service. Sad to see others leave to move up or have better opportunity else where but they always find good employees... very efficient and friendly staff, which is a plus. Living here for over a year with my partner and our dog. We enjoy the proximity of being close to everything... downtown, airport, parks and other nearby towns. Townhouse is a great size for us with huge garage, which is another plus, especially after moving here from another state and they are willing to negotiate. Highly recommend to potential renters.

I've had a pleasant experience living here for the last 6 years. Being one of the first tenants in the new complex back in 2019 I've had the chance to see the community grow and change over the years. obviously that growth comes with some challenges. But overall the experience has been a good one.

Maintenace is the best we’ve ever had. Not much community efforts as far as neighbor communication but minimal disturbances overall besides just outside the community fence.
