What others love about this property:
Decent place
I've been here for many years. I like the location, the staff has always been helpful and friendly when needed, and neighbors are usually pretty good. The rent has steadily increased over time but some of the benefits have remained the same or even decreased over time (e.g. breezeway cleanings).
Lofts at 7800
Love the location. However not happy wasatch is increasing the rent again $150.00 which is ridiculous for a one small 1 bedroom apartment. When we first moved here 5 years ago the grounds look fabulous and now there covered with weeds and half of the ground landscaping light do not work. The patio balconies are full of junk as well as animal feces.
good place to live
The Lofts have been a good place to live. We have had our issues with a few things as you would anywhere. However, in the last year, we had a neighbor move into the unit above us that has been absolutely ridiculous to live under. They don't respect the quiet hours and property management doesn't seem to have anything they can do about it. They don't speak English very well, making it hard to communicate with them. They always say they are sorry but don't do anything to fix it. The parking is great when you rent a spot, but the carport I park under the lights has not worked in about 8 months. It makes me worry about the security of my vehicle. I won't let my wife go out in the parking lot at night because there are a lot of street lights that don't work. The pool is very nice and so is the hot tub. The gym equipment is not aging very well. The equipment does get a lot of use and they do keep it clean. The staff is helpful on the phone and can be very responsive when there is a maintenance request. With all of that. I love my apartment. The kitchen has more cabinetry than most homes and I am a cook so I enjoy that part a lot. The finishes are still beautiful after being 13 years old. I feel like I get the value out of my rent for the most part.
