They receive a work order and close it out before completing the work order. I have experienced this multiple times.

Lived here for just under a year. Good things: It's kept pretty clean and maintained. All the maintenance and office folks were nice and helpful. I liked how many sidewalks, parks and dog stations there were. It's near a Trax station and the Jordan River trail. We were always able to hear the neighbor upstairs stomping around since the flooring is kind of thin but at least we couldn't hear the neighbors to the side of us. The signs say something about "luxury" apartments but they're about average. Overpriced for the size, but it's very on-par for the valley since Utah has inflated housing prices and low supply for average income.
