Great Apartment Experience

We've lived here for the past 3 years, and it has been great. The staff and maintenance crew are always friendly and promptly respond to our needs. The location is great, not too crowded/busy, and just a walk away from the Trax Station, Winco, and a variety of local restaurants that isn't just fast food. It's also located next to the Jordan River Trail, so we often jog/walk that path on nice days. My biggest complaint, aside from the increase in rent price (not much you can do about that nowadays though), would be how frequently people race down the Junction Blvd, especially during the quiet period. Not much the apartment complex can do about that, but it'd be nice if we didn't have to hear cars zooming down the street at night.

The Sweet Home

I mived in to San Mortiz last December and i just did my lease for 6 mknths i wanted to see how it is but since then i have loved it and now i have reewed my lease for 1 year very nice propert and really enjoy here. The only think that bothers me is that maintenace request are completed in like days.

They sre currently updating a lot in the complex ans making sure things are clean and working well. Staff is always nice, friendly and accommodating.
