Long time resident

I lived here for six years and I would say the first four were fine no issues the last two not so great. The lady in the front office thinks that it’s OK to not care about her residence. Think it’s OK to take things that don’t belong to her and not, let anyone know. Everyone has a dog and no one picks up dog poop, even though that stated in the lease The amenities are not great. The fire pit has never worked. The workout room always has teenagers in it, destroying things, the equipment, old and same problem with the pool pools always closed because the residents don’t know how to treat it in the front office doesn’t seem to care. They want to raise rent the most they can raise rent and yet they’re not doing anything to improve the community
