We love Seventy8 & Westgate

We have lived here for 3 years now, going on 4, and were the first in our apartment when the complex opened. We have stayed for a reason. Although we have seen management come and go, we appreciate the effort to keep things moving in a positive direction. The Maintenance team has always been fast, effective and friendly. We love our apartment, the dog park, have made a few friends, and appreciate the location. Seventy 8 & Westgate is where it's at. My only "complaint" would be the lack of shrubs located around some of the other buildings. Ever since the freeze a few years back, they were never replaced and it just feels empty and cold. Other than that, we are happy here.

Beautiful apartments. Whirlpool appliances. Maintenance is excellent. On-site Wylie police officer. Walls are super thin. You can hear everything. They have trash door pickup every night except Saturday but the gross liquid trash is slung everywhere. Yuck. Management is good. $$$$ outrageous rent.
