Going down hill

Ever since new management took over, things seem to be going down hill. The apartments are very nice & in a good location. Cleanliness of the property is getting pretty bad. Valet trash only comes when they feel like it. The standards & rules that are in the lease agreement are not inforced. Minimal security cameras on the property and people prop the doors open to building 1 all night with people coming and going as they please. Very nice pool area but rarely cleaned including grill areas. People just spill and make messes all over counters and just leave it. I could go on but I wont.

Review

It's okay. Trash doesn't get picked up some days and smells up the hallways. There's pet urine in the elevators. Coffee has been spilled in the stairway and hasn't been cleaned up in three days. Parking is complete trash. People leave their garbage everywhere.

good apartments

It’s good apartments the parking is a bit messed up and we pay for trash pickup but they don’t always show on weekends so it’s sitting in the hall
