Exceptional Place to Live

I've had nothing but a positive experience here. Terrific location, well-maintained, friendly staff, generally quiet neighbors! The only reason I marked the value as a 4 is because everything is expensive right now! So, this is more a reflection of our time and not these apartments individually.

My Experience at Park Place

I moved into my apartment under very emotional feelings. My husband Eddie of 51 years had passed away. Chanon became a friend to me and made my move in as less emotional as she could for me. Since moving in she continues to check on me. Who does that? Chanon does that. I’ve been here six months. And I love my apartment.

Very Pleased

I've lived here one year. In general, I'm very happy with the staff, maintenance, grounds, and amenities. I would love to see the stairs and interior hallways power washed occasionally. I am pleased the landscaping is pretty and well-maintained. I absolutely love having an enclosed garage. I feel safe here (except when the gate is broken and open). I love the location and size of my apartment. Many in the area are smaller.
