It’s really close to my job and very close to the park. I haven’t had problems with my apartment other than the sink clogging up but easy fix.

Place has potholes that never get fixed, only deeper. Grounds are never cleaned or cleared of debris. Pool is never open. Laundry area is regularly flooded and dryers rarely work. Constant noise from local emergency services. No property manager on site, have to go to a different complex.
