I've lived here for 3 years. I actually like it however the property needs to be updated. The apartments are old and the rent keeps increasing. The office is accommodating but the maintenance is blahhhhhh. I don't have a bug problem but they do have a GNAT problem. I will give 3 stars based on everything. Overall its decent and quiet for the most part.
