A Great and Affordable Place to Live

This is a wonderful, small, safe community in easy walking distance of a grocery store and a great k-5th grade public school.

Parking rules was not well informed to new tenant.

As a new tenant I wasn't informed that I needed another paper parking permit. And Cathy didn't give me any paper parking permits. She just told me I needed to sign up for an App to access the community. I thought this app was my parking permit. The warning sign for the towing does not explain what form of parking permit it is. You can't expect someone who just moved in to guess the parking rules. In addition, I signed the relevant parking documents on 6 Mar which was after the towing, and the document didn't specify the type of parking permit required. There was a failure of RCMI management. The total bill for towing is 1465 USD. You can't make me financially responsible for all this.

Safe place

Southwest Village Apts in Stafford, TX has been my home for almost 12 years. I live here because I feel safe. We have entry gates and 24 hour security guards. Our security is on-site and actual walking the complex 24 hours everyday. Our maintenance staff are kind, friendly and prompt. When I report an issue to the front office my concerns are taken care of promptly and efficiently. We do not have people standing around the property or any loud noise/music. The pool is kept clean. There are several long time residents here in addition to myself. It has been a great place to live over my 11 years here.

Great Place to Live

This is a nice, small community of diverse and neighborly families. The units are older, but well-kept. The pool and laundry have been recently renovated and are really nice. The location is ideal for school and shopping with quick freeway access.
