The change in parking only a few months after moving definitely annoyed many residents and seemed to come out of nowhere. They take quite a while to get to any maintenance order. but the location being next to a Walmart and only 10mins from TXST is nice. Now the ~$1300 price seems nice but the amounts charged for the valet trash is an insane $40+ per month and the water and sewage comes out to $160+ for a conservative 2-bed apartment making the reasonable 1300 come a lot closer to 1500 before electric. so idk like 2.5/3 stars

My experience at Blanco River Lodge has been great so far. The staff is friendly and neighbors are nice. Upon move-in, the apartment was clean and in great shape. The location and value for me is a major advantage. It's convenient to the highway as well as shopping, library, parks, the river, etc.
