Overview
What others say about this property:
What others love about this property:
Great place to live!
I have enjoyed my living experience here. The staff is kind and professional. The property itself is beautiful. I definitely love all of the trees and I especially love my unit.
Decent but School Issues
The apartments here are decent and it's pretty secure with a good staff. The drawback is the High School next door and the traffic from 4pm to 445pm and it can add 20 minutes to your commute daily when school gets out. It's next to impossible to turn into the apartments because cars have to stop to let you in (if you're turning left in) and the students don't stop for cars or let you in. There should be a crossing guard there or even a light to allow people to make the turn, but it's complete chaos and the school doesn't care or didn't plan for the community impact. That said, during those times they should let people enter from the back gate.
Room for improvement.
Right now, this property is not earning 5 stars. Management needs to get it together & care more about their residents in the important ways. 1. Open the back gate during school release hours or get police to remove the vehicles parked in the entry way. It's so unexceptable that you do nothing to accommodate the people paying to live here when the solution is a simple phone call to the city or the school next door or getting in a golf cart & driving to the back of the property to push a button. You guys can figure out how to get a food truck in front of the property at night but you can't figure out how to have a traffic officer clear people out of the entry point or road guard so people can get into their residence during school release hours?! 2. Get better about ensuring the dog bags are in the receptacles. Too many times they have been out for nearly a week. Calling your pet owning residents "irresponsible pet owners" because they don't clean up after their pet when you are failing to do your job to provide bags is laughable. The bags are not a "free service" or "complimentary", we pay for them with our rent & it's a pet friendly property so pet owners expect to have them available. If maintenance is in charge of that, they should always have a box of bag rolls in their golf cart & look at the receptacles as they drive by & refill it if it's empty. It's not very hard. If it's the new trash company's responsibility, then they are failing miserably & should already be replaced for not providing the service your residents are paying for. 3. Speaking of trash... it is deplorable that the management team switched from a trash service that encourages recycling with a provided bin & bag to a trash company that not only doesn't provide a bin but wants me to buy special over priced bags for them to recycle. I sure hope this new company is gonna show up cheaper on my monthly bill since they offer half the service of the previous company. Earn your 5 stars.
