Great place near the Pearl
The complex has many nice amenities and the staff are friendly and tend to tasks quickly. There are many safety features to prevent people to get access to the building without permission.

Just signed my ninth lease
Management and staff rock steady and always there to assist. They have been here for years! How often do you see that! Jessica and her team are incredible. Maintenance beyond great. Quick attentive and so pleasant. As is our resident housekeeper! Only 126 (? )units so the property has been well maintained. Anyone interested in Pearl District/Midtown would be wise to visit the Mosaic. This review is way overdue!

Loved every day here
I have absolutely loved my apartment in this building. The extra amenities are nice, but really it is the staff that is so incredible. They are incredibly responsive and helpful and kind.
