The area is in a nice location, it's close to HEB and WAL-MART. The location sits in a nice quiet neighborhood. They offer valley trash pickup, also has a separate area for your pets. Overall, we enjoy living here at the FINLEY

Fairly quiet

The maintenance crew are great.Kelsey struggled to put up with me when I was annoyed and did a good job.I have lived here about 5 years and needed to switch to a two bedroom apartment you would think some consideration would be given to a loyal resident .In stead I had to pay 969.00 in fees.

Thank goodness for The Finley

So I have lived at The Finley for just barely over a year. I'm lucky to have gotten into the apartment and they have worked hard to ensure I transfered to a new unit. But they were a little slow and didn't keep the best communication of when I'd be able to transfer though which made me have to move while working because I took the wrong days off. None of that matters though, really. I couldn't be happier that I'm still here. Maintenance is pretty quick and the residence is very quiet and safe. I'd recommend living here to anyone!
