Not too bad

There have been pros and cons of my time living at Sutton House Apartments. The good being anytime ghere has been an issue with an appliance or any other household issue, the maintenance crew was right on it and know what they're doing. The pool for the most part stays open and is clean so thats Good. The bad being the other ammenities not being available often (Gym closed or broken equipment, basketball court knocked downand not put back up, playground not finished). The other bad (Which could happen anywhere admittedly) being that my vehicle was attempted to be stolen twice in the last year. I plan on staying here for next years as i trust that the amenity issues will turn around and it's a reasonable price for what it offers
