Peaceful, clean, and reap

Its been peaceful and respectful. The neighbors have been nice and social, there hasnt been any disturbances really, and things seem to get fixed quickly.

New Management

Not happy with the landscaping, lawn cutting, tree branch cutting. Not happy about the trash on pathways behing all buildings, parking lots and roads. Lawn cutting needs to be timely because of snakes and other hazards. Tree limbs need to be cut along all pathways especially behind building 4. I moved heare mostly because of the management, cleanliness and the beauty of the property. This is a Class A property according to MLG- please treat it that way.

Enjoyable accommodations

I have been on property for a few years and have enjoyed my overall experience. No major complaints as any issues are addressed by staff quickly. Hoping the issue with the gate access can be fixed in the near future. Would it be possible to add a scanner to the garbage area. Or something to discourage people from just leaving trash and rubbish (or furniture) outside the dumpster. Just a thought like I said overall happy to be a resident.
