Rivera is the cheapest apartment near the Museum Reach Riverwalk. Apartments are decent sized. Nice parking garage. Grest pool and gum. Friendly staff. But maintenance always seems behind the curve. Stairwells haven't been deep cleaned in years. Parking garage always has broken glass in places. Doors are continually having issues. The door on the 4th floor garage becomes unusable every 3 or 4 months and Rivera always tweaks the spring instead of replacing it. Just frustrating that maintenance and deep cleaning aren't taken more seriously.

I’ve had numerous emails ignored. Quite a few trying to move in. Even more after I moved in. Ive talked to the property manager, regarding damages to my car. I asked her to document it and send an email out to the complex. Now I understand why this is the cheapest place on the block.
