I've been a resident at MAA Bulverde for a year and nine months. I love the location; it's close enough to family and everything I need. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The one-bedroom apartment I have is perfect for me and features a nice open floor plan. When I've had maintenance issues, they have responded quickly, usually within 24 hours. The office staff and maintenance team are always friendly and professional. The pool is nice and has several grills, seating areas, and hammocks. The gym is good, but the elliptical machines need updating, and the cable crossover machine is missing a few pieces, but otherwise it's fine. I highly recommend the apartments at MAA Bulverde.

Hi, lived here for a year and the staff and maintenance here are wonderful! i'm friends with some of the maintenance guys and the community is nice. No micromanaging and parking isn't an issue like at our previous apartment. The pool area is very nice and i overall like the look and location of the place. I would definitely recommend this place!
