I love how the community is layout. It is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen's appliances are wonderfully functional to our needs. Having a backyard makes living in this community just like home. The variety of shopping and eating out is fantastic.

The area is great for walking, its peaceful and quiet. Traffic is very congested though, which can be frustrating. Parking has been becoming an issue, not a lot of spaces available. Amenities are great, though I was disappointed as it the complex lists a dog wash on the site but there is not one. It is a bit pricey to live here for a very small square footage, the backyard makes up for it. Although very little closet space on the 1v1 and storage. Blinds for the door to the backyard are flimsy and cheap, they break so easily, we are expected to pay for each blind that will inevitability break off even with wear and tear.

This is an excellent community to live in. I've never met a more welcoming, friendly, or comfortable staff that always make you feel right at home. This says a lot because I work in the hospitality business. My family and I are very comfortable here and we feel right at home! We feel Safe, happy, and at peace here. The only negative thing I have to say is we could use more parking...or less cars.
