Our maintenance staff goes above & beyond to take care of our needs. Abel was painting doors and baseboards on all the second floor today. Abel & Juan fixed two items for me this week. Building & apartments are sparkling. All the managers & staff are the best. No regrets moving here seven months ago.

I have lived in this apartment complex since it opened in 2020. Our new management and staff came in December of 2023 and they are fabulous. Helpful, courteous, and they always take the time to listen and address any issues the residents have. So many improvements have been made and more are coming. I love living here and would encourage anyone looking for senior housing to check us out! I believe you will love it too!

When entering the front forum you'll be greet by the staff, they are friendly and always patient and helpful. Then you'll see community event scheduled all through the week and weekends giving everyone an opportunity to enjoy social events, learn a course, perfect a hobby, or simply socialize. Rodrigo Perez and his staff should get a 10 star rating, not many management teams will speak to you as if your family, and are highly spoken about from the residents. This residence truly makes you feel at home.
