Good location

There are no amenities, the complex is not maintained, the maintence staff ignore maintence requests, and office will randomly close and the staff ignore reaident issues. The redeeming feature of this apartment ia thw location.

decent for price

The city of Alamo Heights and Broadway St. are absolutely amazing, if you have the opportunity to live here, you absolutely must. 170 Harrigan Ct was an incredible deal for the money at the time I moved in the quaint little 2 bedroom apartment. Since then, however, rent has increased by roughly 10% each lease term. While still remaining affordable, the phenomenal value for the money is no longer a reality. For the money, other apartments offer a pool, gym, washer/dryers, central AC, indoor parking etc.
