Perfect location for us -close to our jobs and a grocery store. Outstanding amenities with a very fresh look throughout the entire complex. Great place, poor maintenance on amenities

I really enjoy the location and neighbors, but the apt is hindered by a lack of maintenance for the price you pay for rent. Dog bags and garbage bins are never maintained, the pool has been closed for a pivotal part of the summer, and hall carpets could be cleaned more frequently to avoid inevitable spills and accidents. Management should make it their duty to do sweeps of the entire complex, including all floors, to ensure such upkeep.

Overall I enjoy living here. I’d like to see the trash picked up more often as it piles up quickly. Also keeping the parking garage cleaner, as it often has trash in the ground. More security in the parking garage.
