My wife and I recently became empty nesters and decided to make a lifestyle change and move closer to the city action. We had looked at three different sites and chose, Cooper's Row; so far, we love it here, and it is the change we were looking for! The staff members in the front office as well as the maintenance crew have been polite and quick to respond or answer any questions. We are living on the bottom floor and have yet to hear the neighbor above us or to the side; we don't even here the cars passing on by. It's worth coming by and taking a look!!
