is a very close to HEB very clean super quiet I love the community the main guys you’re very nice. I love to live here all the neighbors in Perry. Very nice.!!

There are some maintenance issues that hasn’t been fixed. The top of the toilet and the toilet is not stable. The w facet in the bar has to be changed.
