Review of Carmel
I mostly like living here. Its quiet and always enough parking. Amenities could be open, clean and improved. Dog park bins are usually full of sh*t so it can smell and the gate is broken. The pool is never open and the hot tub is "almost" fixed for about a year now. Opened a new pickleball court but I have one seen one person use the area and it was one of the workers.
