Great Living

The apartment complex offers a range of good amenities and in-unit facilities, making it a convenient and comfortable place to live. However, it is clear that the complex is aging, and this is reflected in various maintenance issues, both inside the units and throughout the common areas. While the amenities are a plus, the aging infrastructure often requires attention that isn't always promptly addressed. One of the main areas that could use improvement is the maintenance and office staff. Although they are generally helpful, there are frequent lapses in communication and follow-through on requests. This can lead to frustration when dealing with recurring problems or when trying to get necessary repairs done. Overall, while the complex has its advantages, better management of maintenance and more effective communication from the staff would greatly enhance the living experience.

A quiet, safe and clean place to call home.

I have been living here for almost four years. The units (mine) are bug-free and have up-to-date appliances. The staff is professional and friendly. The maintenance team is excellent and makes prompt repairs when needed. The location and gated community help with safety and are tranquil. Newly pained and parking pavement. Overall, it is an easy decision to recommend living here.

A good first start

The Broadstone on Medical is a great apartment if its your first time renting. The staff have always been friendly and the maintenance has always helped us when we needed it. The parking is a little difficult in my area of the complex. The pool is a really nice spot and while it is small I do enjoy the gym! But it's odd seeing the plug for the ceiling fan outside the wall.
