This is a pretty nice complex. The apartments are very nice and affordable. The current staff is great. Parking is a lot better now. Excellent location. Many long term residents. Yes, there are cons - like noise level with the airplanes, cars, and sometimes annoying residents (e.g. fireworks, dirt bikes, music) and having to put in more than one maintenance request to get a job done. But there are more pros.

I lived here since 2003, this place has gone down!, the looks of this apartment complex looks run down, theres always alot going on in the parking lot, loud music and people sitting around drinking on the weekends.
